I started shooting in college for a photog class. Loved it. Took several more classes (back in the mid-80s, film, darkroom, really learned how SLRs function). Wanted to do portrait photog, but instead had three kiddos and took beautiful pics of them for years. They left the nest. Discovered digital and became addicted to making art with my camera. I also love the technical aspects needed for stock. I feel like I'm an artistic techie at heart. I delight in visioning a picture, setting it up (or discovering it already for me to frame the shot), and then seeing how the camera "saw" what I saw. I often see the world and my surroundings in photo vignettes. My passion has been photography since the mid-80s and will always be so long as I can remember how to use the camera ;-)
