If I were going to Egypt and was seriously considering photographing the locals with the purpose of using their images as stock I would first have a certified translation of the MR done in Egyptian so the signee understands that it is a legal document. However, even so:
1. They must sign the English version.
2. If there is any doubt as to their legal age you must have a MR for minors form completed and signed by at least 1 parent or guardian.
3. They must have a legal address.
4. They must have a phone number.
5. It must be signed and witnessed by someone other than the photographer.
Good luck and have a superb holiday!
