As an internationally published lifestyles, travel, and nature photographer, I too like most adventurers, had humble beginnings. As a small child I was fortunate to have parents who enjoyed travelling all across the United States. Every year we’d pack up the trusty old station wagon and head out on one of the family adventures. By the age of seven I’d become the official family photographer, documenting all the family vacations with my trusty Kodak 8mm movie camera.

Times have changed since the 60’s. The movie camera now rests in my collection of antique cameras. The family vacations have been replaced with a profession that allows me the freedom to explore the world.

As a professional photographer for more than thirty years, I feel privileged to have visited every state in the union except one (Alaska) and more than 45 countries on five continents. My images have graced the pages of national and international publications as well as hundreds of magazines, books, calendars, greeting cards, web sites, posters, and billboards.

National Geographic, US News & World Report, Time Magazine, Audubon Magazine, Audubon Calendars, Maxim, Cosmo Girl, Woman's Fitness, Outdoor Photographer, Maker's Mark Corporation, and the National Parks Association have all used my images. My work is also represented worldwide by over 20 Stock Photography Agencies.
