I always shoot in RAW and spend several hours with each client in order to get the best results. Afterwards I carefully evaluate each shot for it's technical quality and visual appeal, before choosing the best.
Then in Adobe, I make any corrections required to make the photo most visually appealing, such as color, contrast, and lighting adjustments.
