While it might be accepted I would suggest that you ask yourself a question before submitting it. "Would I submit this photo if it was my wife, girlfriend or sister?" The reason I suggest this is because we have a responsibility to our models to keep their best interests in mind when distributing their images. Just because we have the legal right to distribute an image in a particular way does not mean that we should do it. Royalty Free stock is only loosely regulated at best. The followup policing of image use after the license is issued is non-existent with the exception of someone stumbling across a misused image it is unlikely that we ever know. That said, misuse of sexually suggestive images is a very significant problem in Royalty Free Stock. Granted their are restrictions built into the royalty free license meant to protect the model but the reality is that abuse and neglect of the terms of the license is a rampant problem and there is no economically effective way for the agency or the contributor to police usage. So if you submit sexually suggestive imagery you have to expect that it will be abused and accept the fact that the potential exists that the model or someone close to her will at some point encounter that abuse and then you will be faced with dealing with the wreckage it creates. So again I would caution you to always keep the best interest of your model in mind when distributing imagery. If Royalty Free is not the best distribution choice for a particular image you can always consider alternative markets that offer better control of usage ie.
