Nope, it is definitely a subscription download for which I received 21 cents. According to the link above, 3rd party alliance sites can't sell subscriptions so it must be here. In addition to this 21 cent royalty for a subscription download, I also have around 5 others that are subscription downloads for 25 cents. According to the payment table, the minimum royalty for a subscription download (any size) is 30 cents??? It would be nice to know when a download is via an alliance member. Is there a list of participating sites? posted in 21 cents
