Dear fellow members and DT-Team,I admit, I might be a little bit lazy to read the whole DT policies, so I thought to ask the simple question here, with the hope to receive a quick and simple answer.I just received the message from DT, telling me that due to a Sales Refund 2,10$ has been deducted from my earnings. Not that I want to make stress about two dollars. But I would like to know in general, how long a buyer has time to reverse a purchase? This refund here took place 16 days after the sale. And that, to me, is a very long time.What, if we would talk about 210 instead of 2,10$ AND I had my latest payment request already on my bank account... would I be now in debt with Dreamstime? Do I, as a contributor, actually take the risk for possible Credit Card fraud or other things, who might be a reason for a Sales Refund? If so, I think it is unfair, because I am not the one who is dealing directly with the customer. And another thing I am worried about: how do I know that the buyer has not taken a copy of my image? Just came across it yesterday, while going through some older files of my portfolio, when I detected a wrong spelling of a word. No wonder, that almost no one has taken notice of this image.
