If that is the case, why not allow the submitter to perform some minor edits such as removal of attachments from the rejected image page. Obviously, the file is stored already and the only action that needs to be taken is to remove/delete the model release and put the image back in the queue.
There shouldn't be any need for a complete reload of a large file. posted in don't need model release - don't reject, just remove the MR
