We have credited your account with $3 on 10/8 and charged your account with the correct $2 fee on 10/10.

I haven't get an answer yet, but fairly they returned the entire amount of $ 3 to my account, but they need to charge again monthly fee to me!
Otherwise I have very good experience with Payoneer and I am very satisfied with their service, this must be some glitch or mistake...
I recommended them on a several profitable sites...
