I would bet that a photo of Yosemite Valley would be copyright infringement. Ansel Adams photographed it in the 1940's and many pro photographers have used the same vantage point for their photographs. Could the heirs of Ansel Adams sue all of these photographers for their photos of the valley? The copyright laws are getting out of hand. Watch TV lately? Most shows now have the logos of autos blurred to avoid a lawsuit. It used to be in the old days there was no problem. The lawyers are getting rich while most of us here make .35 on a photo sale. posted in \'Similar\' looking image may breach the copyright!
