Community and QA Manager - Full time, Bucharest

Community and QA Manager at Dreamstime/Archiweb Design, Bucharest Full-time

We're looking for a motivated, creative, detail-oriented, highly organized and sociable person to occupy a strategic role within our company. The Community and QA Manager will serve as liaison between client and company, will manage and coordinate the communication among several company departments, offshore depts included, will be a member of the Support department and will participate in the development of the company's social media strategy. The ideal candidate should also have copywriting skills.


  • Will be the company interface with the client and provide support related to products, licenses and corporate accounts
  • Will act as the voice of the Customer and will drive the complaint process ensuring timely company feedback is given while working with engineering, business development and photo editing
  • Will ensure corrective actions are implemented when necessary
  • Will interact with all company departments to run an efficient quality assurance program driven to customer satisfaction
  • Will act as manager and coordinator of the translation team in charge with the international site versions
  • Will manage part of company presence and discussions on social media sites including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google+, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Will be in charge with part of the copy writing for blog posts, social media, email marketing, product/feature launches and more
  • Will monitor postings to the communities (discussions, comments, questions, blogs, etc), alert the subject experts to issues that need to be addressed and ensure community satisfaction with timely responses
  • Will regularly check and revise the English content of the site, including info added or provided by staff and community members
  • Will ensure account management for corporate clients and agencies


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Advanced English knowledge, both written and verbal
  • Experience in advertising or public relations
  • Experience in design
  • Creative thinking and writing with hands-on experience in copywriting
  • Experience in working with different social media spaces as well as working with staff members cross departments
  • Good analytical skills, detail-oriented
  • Highly organized and efficient, with strong prioritization skills
  • Handle well time management, working under pressure and multitasking
  • Customer satisfaction-oriented
  • Proactive, positive and 'can-do' attitude
  • Knowledge of another language besides English is a plus
