Rebphoto, I have found the same holds true in photography that holds true with good tools, audio equipment, etc. You get what you pay for. I believe in "Buy it right, Buy it once." If you purchase a cheap light set up, I guarantee you will not be pleased down the road. I tried a lot of the cheap routes suggested by various people, such as using hot work lights, etc. I finally threw down real money and went with a quality 2 strobe Flashpoint unit. The difference in the quality of the lighting and color is truly striking. Good luck. posted in studio light kits
