Hello Moutwtrng, I do not have the K20 yet but have been using the K10 for about a year now. It has the same body as the k20 and same AF system, I think. For me it feel great in my hands and is tough enough to take a beating. The AF is a little slower that C and N in low light, but gets the job done. The picture detail is great and the K20 with its 14.6 MP puts it at the top of its class for detail.
I have had to go with Sigma lenses due to my budget, but am very happy with my Sigma 18-50 2.8 and 105 macro(100-300 is on it's way). If I had more to spend I would go with the pentax 16-50 and 50-135, very sharp lenses and go along with the water resistant body. Just remember for your camera to stay water resistant the lens you put on it will need to be water resistant as well. All my pictures on dreamtime are from my k10d, some are not so great due to this being my first SLR, don't blame the camera. Also take a look at my favorite photographers, all of them are Pentax users and a few have to K20. Here is one of my last pictures with K10D and Sigma 18-50
