Hello Everyone,
I have a rather large photo request. I need an image of virtually every four year college or university in the United States. While this is a large request, there are some clear guidelines:
1. The school name should NOT be visible, as I need commercial, rather than editorial, images.
2. The image must be iconic for that school, rather than merely a generic 'campus' shot. While no copyrighted buildings, logos, etc., should be visible, the image must be recognizable as representing a particular campus.
3. I need 1, or at most 2, images of each school.
4. While the school name should not be visible in the photo, I will need to know which school each image depicts. I won't be able to use images of unidentified schools.
I will be traveling for the next couple days, and so, if you do not receive a response to your post immediately, I will respond asap.
I look forward to seeing (and purchasing!) your images.

They are Hoover Tower, Memorial Church and The Main Quad which are areas known for Stanford
All the pictures are RF I also have a few more in my portfolio which also can be found in my California Tourism Collection

What's your deadline? I can get LSU and possibly Southern University, but I probably can't get over there until this weekend. |

If you do not need all the picture right away I can try to hit University of California, Berkeley the middle of next week. Plus I can try to get you Santa Clara University and San Jose State University |

These among others in my portfolio are from ********sburg College, Pennsylvania. I can shoot some from the University of Maryland very quickly if needed...

I live right down the road from Shenandoah University here in Virginia, and attended there myself. I'll go out on Saturday and get shots of that one for you. I shoot in RAW, so this will be available if needed. |

Shenandoah would be terrific. No need for RAW, but I am looking forward to your images. I know how great they always are :)

Hello. I was able to find UC-Berkeley in the Dt archives, but Santa Clara and San Jose State (and other schools in that area, such as Mills and other Cal States) would be terrific. Thanks!

Thanks for the terrific images, everyone! I have made quite a few purchases, and I am looking forward to making many more.
Before posting images, please take a look at the guidelines I mentioned above: the images must be iconic for the school, they must be commercial (rather than editorial), and I need to know the name of the school.
Keep them coming!

I will be getting San Jose State tomorrow hopefully but it might take me a few days to get the pictures uploaded since I am having to share a computer with my husband the past couple days do to my hard drive deciding to crash and burn.
I checked online for the locations for Cal State and it looks like all of the locations are 2 hours or more away from me so I will not be able to get them. I also will not be able to get Mills since it is located in Oakland do to Oakland not being a very safe city to be in alone.
Do you need San Francisco State University? If you do I might be able to get a chance to hit that college in the middle of next week. |
