The regular upload takes place via a Java applet, which allows you to upload more than one file at a time, having a visual display of the progress.
You should leave the username as it is and only enter your account password when asked.
Please post if you encounter any problems. |

I'm trying FTP uploads but I'm getting a time-out error. Went to my page and deactivated and then reactivated FTP uploads and still getting time out issues. Any thoughts? |

The site is not falling apart - just refresh when this happens or clean your browser's cache and things will be back to normal. This occurs very rarely when we're applying updates and lasts only for a few moments.
Please, use the new multiple upload feature until the ftp is brought back to normal functionality by our technical team. |

I'm refreshing and clearing cache and still the site is all discombobulated.
Also, I'm having no success with the multiple upload feature. It just hangs there. Had one window going for 40 minutes. Doesn't seem right.

Although it looks like it's only temporary until FTP returns, I like the new multiple upload feature a lot! It was easy, fast and efficient.
Maybe DT can keep it as another option! |

Have tried the new tava upload but keep getting technical error and FTP upload is not connecting either - any ideas support??
UPDATE: Java is now working OK- thanks for sorting it out. |

Okay, got the Java upload to work, but with the site all broken up, the upload button is almost impossible to find. BTW, I've restarted Safari, cleaned cache and reloaded and site still looks like this:

No problem connecting FTP server here using Filezilla. try to ping upload.dreamstime.com to see if you can get any response from your computer. Could be DNS issue? |

We're all in such a hurry, aren't we? But they did ask us to post if we have problems.
I think discombobulation is followed by large welts so be careful.....
I'm just glad I'm not trying to keep this many people happy! Here's hopes for a really super, top dog site when it's all done!!! |

For some reason, I am having difficulty uploading. I installed Java FTP, when prompted, and cleared the cache, etc. The upload is giving me a "technical problem" error message, and won't allow me to continue. I restarted the computer and everything, so I don't know what the next step is for me to do to correct this.
Help?

about 6 hours back, I tried uploading on new java enabled upload. On that computer, I have internet explorer.
it failed.
Just now, from my home computer, where I have firefox, I was able to upload smoothly.
Dont know, if the problem at my office computer system is explorer or something.
Just anxious, because many times, I do upload from my office system.
But, I am very positive, that, in a few days time, we will have the best DT provisions ever. So, some little discomfort right now is all OK. |

After 20 minutes of not connecting and a deep breath this is what I did to make it work.
Go to your browser bar and click tools + Click Internet Options + then click the Security Tab + hit the sites button + add www.dreamstime.com. |

I could upload properly but files yet not appearing in unfinished section. Its 2 AM at night right now, hopefully they should be in unfinished section like FTP files do. FTP also never shows me the files in unfinished immediately. |
