its all relative I suppose. My RPD is lower than yours. I considered September with 0.9 very bad ;) And I consider this month with 1,2 good. |

Revenue is more important. RPD should only be considered on a personal level as it is affected by many factors. Users who upload 4MP images will have a lower RPD than the ones with better cameras. Also, as your files mature they collect more sales reaching higher levels. That brings a better RPD.
Subscriptions will hurt the RPD if you upload a lot of similars. Similars will also hurt the RPD because high levels will be reached in longer time intervals.
If you compare the gap between the blue and the green curves in your Stats graph, you will notice that a bigger gap represents a better RPD. You should aim at growing this gap. It can be done by becoming more selective or removing similars that didn't sell for a long time IF you have a file with downloads matching those similars. This cleaning can improve your long term revenue, which is what you should aim for. |

Just an update.
Todaw was a very good day with some good revenue downloads, February is going back on track, now its aiming to be the 7th BME in terms of revenue and the first in downloads.
If it continues this way, my RPD will be good again. |

I think this is reasonable, things are always not be reconciled. "Fish and bear's paw can not eat it"! If you able to do so I am willing to apply for an exclusive photographer. What can I do! Only a lot of uploading pictures! |

I had some nice sales today, and they balance the excessive amount of subs I've been having.
Achilles, I do wish DT would let us opt out from subs. Why can't we? :(
FD, I got 1.85 for a XS today - much better than 35c for a XL one, don't you think?
And again, my problem with subs is not about how much I make, but about how cheap we make images for buyers, in a market that already offers very low prices. |
