Bidding has ended for that item. Is it the same as this one?

It's a generic set and who knows what the quality is like. But looking at all you get in it, for that price you can't really go wrong. Two softboxes, snoot, barn door, 3 umbrellas, transmitter and 3 receivers, 4 sync cables, 4 light stands... Even if you buy this to start off then upgrade the strobes themselves to something more reputable, all these accessories will save you a fortune! Well... hoping they're all generic fit, but even if the softboxes, snoot, barn door, etc. don't fit anything else, the umbrellas, transmitter, receivers, sync cables, light stands, etc. will fit any lighting system you get.

I own a 30-year old Speedtron 1200W system with 3 stands, 3 umbrellas and assorted items. It still works great and one like it on the web would probably be cheap. I've found Speedtron products are reliable.

Jessops is a high street photographry retailer that might sell this sort of thing - you should check their stock out online. If you're coming to London they have several shops in central London.
