Once the contest is over, does an image go back to level 0 or does it retain it's level 5 status?

this is a cool assignment and im happy to have an image selected, however my approved shot wasnt escalated to level 5 / 100 downloads as i selected while uploaded. I just emailed support but is this a common issue? Does it take a while before 100 downloads appears?

I've had this experience. And soon my photo were deleted from the assignment. Fault system has come into the assignment. Probably the photo was rejected first time , then you a a resubmit , which is not allowed to assignment. It is known for 0 download and all the others have the 100. Such was my experience. Maybe I'm wrong. But these pictures is excellent. Best regards and good luck. I hope you understand my bad English :)

Hello all, have you tried to sell the image for 25 dollars? Or everybody escalates the picture to level 5 here? Thanks for answer, Darius

To upload an image as an assignment image - do you upload in the normal way but put a comment to reviewer that is for the assignment? I did this last week but it still says 155 hours in my pending file. What did I do wrong?

If you want to submit images to the assignment, You must use the link in the welcome homepage, that says "Stage: Submit for assignment", or simply the assignment's theme title, just under the assignment thumbnail. Then it's really simple.
Do not submit images as usual, using the regular upload features, as they will go to normal pending, notification or not. They are two Different upload features, so just adding a notification "for assignment" doesn't help.
I hope this clarifies the issue. Good luck!

Thank you, I finally figured it out and got them uploaded for the assignment - although they have been in the pending file for quite a few days now. I thought maybe assignment reviews would be quicker? Anyway, thanks so much for the info!

Is it possible that there are many editors screening the assignment pictures? And that one editor approves one picture that is very similar to another picture that is refused by another editor?

My file was not in pending status after I have done the keywording and click the submit button. Where is my file? Anyone experience the same? Do I need to re-upload the file? Please help!

Please feel free to discuss the assignment here, but note that it's not the place to debate refusals. If you have any questions about refused images, please contact support.
Given the long number of assignment related e-mails, it may take longer to get a reply, but reply will be given.
Also, Photofantastic, besides the indisputable truth that 99 is not 100, i kindly invite everyone (who didn't yet) to read the assignment text entirely. You'll notice that it's about body language just as much as it is about moods, feelings and gestures.
So, whatever non-verbal communication is welcome, as long as it has strong message and creativity.

I'm getting a lot of great info here so I thank you all. I was wondering, what is the average wait time for images submitted to the assignment? Mine have been pending for 5 days now, is that normal?
