a lot of variables in microstock, look at your graph, can you predict something?

usually like most people (from what I hear) I see a run of subs, then some credits, then subs again. But I have never had a run like this before! Can't really predict, as usually it would have stopped after 5 or 6 subs and gone back to credits. But not this time.

Will just have to wait it out I guess. Can't wait for it to be over and credits to start coming in again.

Yep, it can be the case with poor quality or low resolution images, which should be disabled... however, in some cases buyers maybe looking for bargains and that's what I mean "higher chances to sell the unsold", because new level 0 is the bargain level. :)

New levels are favourable for new images, i.e. not just beginners, but those actively uploading. If a previously successful contributor uploads regularly, there will be revenue benefits from new images. The older images up to L4 are gaining in shifting +1 level, so there is still much to benefit from, despite the 10% cut at new L5.

The only cons are for those sitting at their old L5 images and doing nothing extra...

OK, anyone else voting for level 6 (>50 downloads) with higher credits and old L5 %? :)

I think it would be logical to have such a level 6 available only for recent images, say uploaded since 2 years ago, very much in line with the new system favouring recent uploads by skipping L0.

In the Management Area / Online Files areas, the sorting by Level does not yet take into consideration the difference between Level 0 and Level 1 files - they're all mixed up still. It would be nice it it did.

DT is currently my lowest earner. It seems they want to keep it that way. Thanks for the rate cut. I'm sure you'll do super awesome now. Good luck!

Heh, don't know what happened in May, but the last two days I had no sales... looks like buyers started avoiding my port. I checked my search placement after the relevancy upgrade and can't complain about it. April was awesome for me, with many credit sales and some subs, plus my first I-EL, in spite of all the hassles with changes.

May it be that the beginning of May is always slow? Would appreciate comments from more experienced sellers.

May day 1: 3 sales (2 subs), day 2: 5 sales, all subs.
But I have a bigger portfolio.
edit: all sales with people, most of them isolated.

Then, it looks like another downfall for my port... we are getting used to good things so quickly that tend to forget how bad it can be sometimes. :)
