Hi all!
I am new to Dreamstime, and I am meeting some friends to photograph their pets, but do I need the owner to sign a model release for their animals? Obviously people and property would need releases, but how are pets classified? Please help!

I would've thought a property release rather than a model release, but I have never used one for the few animal images I have. If in doubt get the release and then its there if you need it, better than not having one and finding its wanted

that was kind of what I was thinking! I just wasn't sure if animals would be classified more under people or things....most pets are usually family members! :)
