Until few months ago I used to use ******** tool. It was an offline application, so i don't need to upload image before setting keywords.
I upload later the stock images on other stock websites.
So, do you know another good tools for this?
Thanks.

You are free to do as you like, but for the sake of relevance, I would strongly advise you against any keywording tool. Using not so relevant keywords will eventually place your images at the end of the search results, decreasing your chances to sell.

I've used mykeyworder, but it does give you SO many keywords. You have to kind of weed through them and select the most relevant.

Lately though, to make things easier, I just look at my image and input every word I can think of to describe the actual photo, then use synonyms for those words. I also check other similar images to see if there are any super relevant words that I totally missed!

I use http://www.mykeyworder.com/

Put as search terms only 1, 2 or 3 that you think are most relevant. Then choose 15 to 18 of the most relevant and descriptive for the photo. Use the tool as a memory jog only and don't take all the results wholesale.

I've been using mykeyworder after coming up with my own just to see if I missed anything that should have been really obvious...and I always find a few.

@Luvemak. I'm currently building in a synonym capability on top of the current algorithms in order to improve relevancy. You can see the work so far here.

Very nice Sam! That should come in very useful. Especially with DT, where they seem to prefer descriptive keywords of the photo itself rather than possible uses of the photo. (For example, using "veterinarian" or "faithful" for a photo of a dog)

I will use your synonym tool!
