Hello,
I'm new on DT. Sometimes I don't know in which cases I need a Property Release.
For example: In future I want to make picture about a house in the Netherlands and one in Germany. In both cases I'm not on the ground of the house, when I will make the pictures. In this cases I must have a PR too? I mean that I must have a PR, when I on the ground of the object.

If the houses don't have any particularities and you are taking the images from public ground you would not, in theory, need a PR. You can, however, ask the owners to sign one for you to be on the safe side.
