Ron, go to Tools > Options > Outgoing Mail > Signatures.

Click "Edit signature", choose your signature set (you can have multiple signatures) and the appropriate Variant....I am not sure, I guess it's Internet, formated content.

There you paste the badge. After that, hit save and choose this set as your default set (is below the "edit signature" button).

On each message you send , the appropriate badge (most popular or latest) will be added. Obviously the receiver will have to use a HTML-capable mailer in order to visualise your signature. Also his connection with the Internet must be active, because the thumbnails are downloaded automatically from our server (updated in real time).

The mailer you used to open the test file should be HTML-enabled. If you used such mailer (or a web-based email) for checking the test please send us the same test email at support.
