I picked two words related to the profession ‘Graphics’ and ‘Photos’. Just mix-up them with little slicing and replacing ph=F.

Like;

graphics - photos
graph - pho o
graf - foo

I invented the word Eferno a few months back, LOL, and it has stuck for some online registrations ever since. It stands for Electronic Inferno, so it just gets trunctuated to Eferno. Short and sweet. (or, um, blazing and scorching!)

My name is Nick. In the 7th grade my friends cleverly came up with the nick name "nickhead". It just so happens to rhyme with a certain common derogatory term. I will let you guys guess what that may be.

Seems like everyone is called something cool... Nikitu, Sophieso, Raycan, Achilles.. I've seen so many good ones! What made you pick your user names? Is there a story behind it?

You know it was so funny, the reason I wanted to change my name on here, but when i use to google my name it took me here to dreamstime, not that there was anything wrong with that, but it also took me to alot of other boards I used for hobbies and stuff....kinda freaked me out!

So I shortend it and now when you google Raycan...you find me here! haha

Its a ID my company started using 8 years ago, and I have used it ever since. I didn't want to learn another ID. But go figure, THEY changed it several years back when switching to a new system. Now its my personal ID. Boring story I know.

I was a fan of the anime show Sailor Moon when I was young and so my first screen name had Moon in it, then the "b" was for Bond. The 007 also comes from James Bond and hence together it became MoonB007...but sometimes people think I am a chick and the B stands for Brook, which is not the case. :-)

In the old times there were the module players/trackers (music composing software). There was a module, icefront.mod, the original title is 'Ice Frontier' but due to 8 char limit in DOS, the author wrote icefront. I liked the song but the file name name too (actually it takes another sense) and it was a perfect nickname that it's easy to remember but enough rare to be free everywhere I want to register.

You can download the original song by searching "icefront.mod", Winamp plays fine. If sounds a little bit weird, don't forget, the mod format supports only 4 channels so it was a real art to write good songs within these limits...
