These payments were sent based on previous requests. The MB option for new payment requests is not back yet. Again, this is not caused by us, it's due to slow/no response from the MB support.

I really hope that MoneyBookers will be available soon! Because here in Croatia (like in most of other countries) we cannot recieve payments over PayPal, and if I choose check as payment, they take 20%!!! And dollar is falling, this worths nothing... Please, get MoneyBookers back!!! I would not start selling on Dreamstime if I knew MoneyBookers will no longer be way of paying.....

I'm glad that MB works in RSA, thanks guys for letting me know.

I'm sure the problem between DT and MB was something that had to be sorted out. DT is not unreliable, they do their best for all of us, Dmitryp. I can see you have been here a long time, with many sales. Did DT not prove themselves to you yet?

Hmm...

I also have a problem with moneybookers (NOT dreamstime). Last December I have requested a payment here and has been transfered by dreamstime to my moneybookers account. However, for a few weeks now, I am unable to withdraw my money from moneybookers as they request a verification of my address... Fairly strange, as I have sent them copy after my ID (containing my address) and a proof that I am the owner of my bank account when I have registered in 2006. But, no problem up to now and I have proceeded to address verification... (around 20th of December). They were supposed to send me a mail in a few days. With Christmas and New Year, I was not expected to arrive until this year, but nothing up to now. No answer from moneybookers support either...

I was wondering if anybody has similar problem...

Achilles: Aren't you thinking on the payoneer option what another agency is just offering? It's a simple and elegant solution and it works internationally.

If problem is in MoneyBookers indeed, why it appeared only here yet? Not to offend anybody, but suppose some other agencies have bigger turnover with MB and actually should face the same problem in bigger extent as well. But nowhere such solution to put commission fee (and in percentage of transaction!!!) on all MB payouts were taken yet, for some extent this exists on one stock agency, but they have a flat rate commission and applicable only if small payout requested - up to 50 dollars, if I remember it properly, but if you request 51 no commission taken, but they also don't have any minimal payout border, so if you have 2 bucks you can take them away in any moment ( in fact you get only one, but the possibility exists).
In fact I suppose, that such solution made here, to take fee from payouts via MB may prevent many photographers from future work with Dreamstime, because checks are not so convinient and speedy as internet payments, also they cost more to withdraw earnings, and PayPal not available for many of uploaders, in fact I can make a speculation that at least half of all users uploading and selling here in good pace are from locations were PayPal not allowing incoming transactions. So adding fees may cause much loss in fact than compensate them - just via withdrawal of the part of uploaders.

I support previous message!

Why another agencies (incorporated in the USa) do not put such commissions?

Please, return previous convinient MB service.

It seems Moneybookers has more and more problems. The most terrible thing which may happen is that MB may defalcate your money on various pretexts all of which are just stupid and may not be really reasons for that.
Last December MB froze thousands accounts of people just telling them they look "suspicious" or demanding to verify their identity (this may last for ages). And after that a lot of people can't get their money and not sure that they can do it somewhere in the future. It looks at least strange that people must
prove their case in order to get their own money!
That is why I appeal to Dreamstimers to be very careful about MB now.

To Achilles: There is an urgent need to make a new pay option like Payoneer - PayPal and checks are not acceptable for many contributors, Moneybookers is just NOT safe to use now.

A 5% bit in payments through MB? Wow, that's A LOT! Another site I'm in which hesitated a lot to implement MB charges US$1 per transaction, what, given a minimum US$50 payout, is no more than 2%.

Isn't Payoneer available for US residents only?
