It was a little bit sad to read this announcement about MB. But thanks to this thread I discovered, that withdrawing with Paypal works also in Estonia!!! Couple of months already. It's obviously not working in every country, but you can check here , maybe your country is listed too. This change was some months ago.

nope, Practically for any country.

I agree with Yuris. Or to solve a problem with MB, or Payoneer, or all together:)

MB is very problematic and simply does not respond in a reasonable way that you'd expect from a financial agency.

I requested a cheque from MB, when it arrived, it was $20 short after the deduction of their fees. I wrote to them 4 times. The first three time, their staff wrote back, insisted that the $20 was not missing and didn't even ask me to provide any proof that the fund was missing. After I wrote 4th time, a woman phoned me, and promised to investigate after I sent her the cheque stub. I sent it over 2 months ago. I I have never heard back from them.

And it works fo real? Or some unquoted limitations ( eg. you need to have specific card type, in specific bank etc.) I've discovered yesterday that Lithuania listed too but not sure how will it work, in fact on MB possibility to withdraw money via credit/debit card ( but only Visa) also coexists for Lithuania, but when I've tried to register my cards none of them were accepted and authorized. And make additional card specially just for withdrawal purposes - and again without guarantee that it'll be accepted - just a bit weird.

But if it'll be ok with withdrawals via Paypal maybe it is reasonable to switch to them from MB.

I also have a problem with moneybookers (NOT dreamstime). Last December I have requested a payment here and has been transfered by dreamstime to my moneybookers account. However, for a few weeks now, I am unable to withdraw my money from moneybookers as they request a verification of my address... Fairly strange, as I have sent them copy after my ID (containing my address) and a proof that I am the owner of my bank account when I have registered in 2006. But, no problem up to now and I have proceeded to address verification... (around 20th of December). They were supposed to send me a mail in a few days. With Christmas and New Year, I was not expected to arrive until this year, but nothing up to now. No answer from moneybookers support either...

I was wondering if anybody has similar problem...

Bogdan

Late yesterday I have received the verification mail. I have introduced the code on Moneybookers web page and seems like everything works now as usual.

I hope they will clear up all their problems soon, as for me it was the best way to be paid up to now, and I am not so happy with the 5.14% tax imposed by Dreamstime for moneybookers pay-outs.

I'm testing it right now. In a couple of days I can tell how did it go.

On Paypal it sais: "You can withdraw funds from your PayPal account to any credit, debit, or prepaid card with a Visa logo." So it's true that you need a Visa card, debit or credit. I think the easiest way is to ask your bank, if your card is okay. If you have Master card, maybe you can switch to Visa, unless there's other issues involved?

Are you sure you didn't see your earnings in Euros? Moneybookers have accounts with Euros. So they convert your USD automatically into EUR. But maybe that's not the case.

Where it's stated clearly - I mean about Visa only? Just because no references on that exists on main page where supported countries listed.

Anyway, thanks for the info, maybe I'll also test it with my dreamstime earnings - they not so big, so I'm loosing not much in case of any problems ;)

Just to clarify, the 5.14% are not imposed by Dreamstime. They are enforced due to Moneybookers policies. These policies may be different from one country to the other. Once again, we'll try to get rid of this commission asap, but don't blame us for its existence.

I may have missed something in their site, but as far as I can see to use it we need the Payoneer Mastercard and it's only available for USA addresses:

http://www.payoneer.com/Faq.aspx#03

Who can get a Prepaid MasterCard® card?

Anyone over the age of 13, with or without a bank account and with a mailing address in the United States can receive the Prepaid MasterCard® card provided by Payoneer, but, you must be 18 or older to apply for the card.

Well, I am not in the USA but got my Payoneer card. It is here in my hands. It looks 100% like a standard Master Card, and as soon as I transfered some money to it, I'll start testing how it works with merchants and ATMs. I am pretty sure it will work 100% as a standard Master Card even outside of the States... but let's check it first.

If you visit Payoneer site you may find only USA option but if a company like Dreamstime has a special agreemant with Payoneer they give a possibility to tthis company's contributors to get prepaid Master Cards.

Ok I understand that Dreamstime is US company , Moneybookers is European, but what i don't understand, why you have to convert dollar into the euro first, only if you registered your account in euro i supose you have to convert that money. I dont want accept that comission of 5,6 %, If all other sites( registred and located in US) could manage i dont se the why Dreamstime cant. There is must be solution to solve the problem

Airelio, this is exactly what we tried to explain. We have tried discussing the issue with Moneybookers to no avail. Furthermore, we do not convert the money, the MoneyBookers converts it. We did not receive any reply to our messages. As consequence, we are looking for other more professional and better options. We are currently entertaining discussions with other similar agencies on the market and we hope to provide a satisfactory solution.

I was working in company that has a lot of money on short term. So, we made with all that milions on OVERNIGHT RATE and earns a lot. Immagine, one day delay what means in terms of money. OK overnight is not such high rate like on the one month or one year but enaugh, belive me or try to calculate, Second about money exchaging is lie because MB is working through system of banks and thay all must have corespondant banks, in all major currencies so they manipulate us with that. Every payment in USD is going in USD only through corespondant bank in USA. So whenever is MB registrated money stayes in USD.

But another thing is that we need money vary fast in our pockets. So try to resolve with MB but negotiate firm.

So let's be clear on this.

If I earn $100, for example, through Dreamstime, I should expect either:

PAYPAL SCENARIO

a) Dreamstime to pay $100 into a paypal account

or

CHEQUE SCENARIO

b) A cheque from Dreamstime for $100

or

MONEYBOOKERS SCENARIO

c) Dreamstime to pay $94.86 into a moneybookers account, which could vary "depending on the conversion charges of the banks involved."

Is this correct?

Yes, that is correct, unless we solve the problem with MB, by having them fix this issue or finding a replacement. As said, we continue to try to find a solution for this.
