ADMIN PLEASE NOTE:

The post above this one (unless action has been taken) is flagrantly libellous and could lead to a successful action for damages against Dreamstime and the author of the comment.

Please remove it ASAP admins.

Everybody, please note that nobody should ever suggest in a forum that a company is behaving in a way that is dishonest or fraudulent unless they have documentary evidence that will withstand examination in court. And if you've got that it is best to take it to the authorities, not make comments in forums.

Dear Paul,

in this case also:

no company, including MB should ever suggest that a person is behaving in a way that is dishonest or fraudulent unless they have documentary evidence that will withstand examination in court.

And only if the court states that the person is a criminal MB would have a right to hold his money. Actually MB symply informs a person about indefinite suspitions - and it is enough for them to freeze an account - which means that the person is deprived to use his own money. I personaly know such suffered people.

The both sides must behave on on legal ground. Not only MB's accounts holders.

You think I am not right?

Yuris,

former TV editor and correspondent

Yuri, I've had my own problems with frozen moneybooker accounts. I am not MB's big fan. What I am is a British (like Moneybookers) former daily newspaper editor who knows the publishing law in Britain.

I know that your statement has placed Dreamstime at risk of an expensive libel action in the British courts. You may be able to dodge the consequences by living somewhere the British legal system can't reach, but Dreamstime is international and can't escape it.

To the best of my knowledge, Moneybookers has frozen accounts to comply with changes in the British financial laws. The laws seem to be stupid, useless and unfair, but Moneybookers has to apply them because it is regulated by the British financial authorities.

As far as I know, Moneybookers has not suggested that any of its clients are guilty of fraud, it has asked them to complete certain formalities that are, apparently, demanded by law.

Your argument about them accusing people is nonsense: it is the same as saying that having to show a passport at an immigration desk is an accusation that you are impersonating someone else. No it isn't. It is just an identity check.

What you have said in your earlier post could cost Dreamstime a fortune. Why do you want to put your photographic agency in danger?
