Hi everyone - well I finally heard back on my first submissions and so far 1 out of 6 was accepted :( Just wondering if you can take a look at some of the pics that were not accepted to let me know if there is a way that I can fix them for resubmission. I am NEW at stock photography and have no experience with editing pics at all but would like to learn this skill. I have downloaded Paint Shop Pro but really have no idea how to use it yet. If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated. I'm here to learn :)
and here is the reasons for refusal:
Distorted pixels due to poor sensor performance, image was interpolated, poorly scanned, upsampled or JPG was not saved at the highest quality.
Lack of composition. Please visit the Stock Photo Utilities section of our site or the message boards for more information on how to produce stock-oriented images.
Poor optical performance due to low lens quality, such as lens fringing, chromatic aberrations, uneven sharpness in focus area.
well I'll just post those two for now.
Here is the one pic that was accepted...my very first Stock acceptance (I'm pretty excited :)
Thanks everyone, I have already learned so much by reading these boards so I look forward to what you have to say. |

You cannot post rejected images. You will/or might have received an email with the accepted/rejected images and reasons. Simply reply to that email and ask support for a more detailed explanation as to why the rejections.
Good luck!
