In my opinion it is too early to tell what the impact will be. Essentially DT increased the price by approx 30-50% for the buyers. They may absorb this like nothing happened or they may leave. We don't see yet what they are doing. I am sure many buyers had credits that they need to spend. Even if they want to leave they will not get a refund. So they still buy until all credits are spent. The big question is if anybody is buying new credits since the price increase. Time will tell. For me May was a very good month regarding earnings. I noticed it is important to catch something specific and characteristic to the area. Large vistas with all in it, something you would get from the designated lookout point won't do. As you say in (1). My niche which is yet in theory since I have only a few of these but they sell and I like to do them, is people busy with their work, doing something, building, working in a vineyard, digging.
