This is a panoramic photograph of a partly frozen lake up near Gokyo, which is at 4800m altitude above sea level, in the Himalayas, in Nepal. It is surrounded by mountains and was constantly making a cracking sound as it was freezing. This is a must see attraction when trekking through Nepal and the Himalayas.
