You should buy the tiff or the largest jpg resolution for this purpose. The royalty free normal license is the one you need.posted in Print to large canvas
For Commercial you need a property release from the person who owns the painting now. if the painting is realistic and contains a model's face you might also need a model release.For Editorial it might be a too specific subject.posted in Property Release question.
