If the images have any editorial or cultural value you should be ok. Of course, portraits of people on the street that you don't have MR for are not of editorial value. posted in Will editorial photos with people bring any trouble?

There is a design on the side of the plane that is most likely subject to copyright. To make the image commercial you'd need to remove anything that can be a copyright issue. posted in Wondering why this was switched to Editorial when I submitted it as commercial
