Rade Serbedzija, an actor who appeared in more than 40 films, has made his greatest roles playing the war photographer in Milcho Manchevski's Oscar-nominated Macedonian feature Before the Rain (1994) and as the rich villainous Russian oligarch in Philip Noyce's The Saint (1997). Also played in Kubrick's masterpiece Eyes Wide Shut (1999).
