YANGON, MYANMAR - MARCH 21, 2012: Unidentified visitors contemplate the infinite compassion of Buddha on March 21, 2012 at the Shwedagon Pagoda in Yangon, Myanmar. The Shwedagon Pagoda, officially titled Shwedagon Zedi Daw, and known in English as Great Dagon Pagoda, is more than 2600 years old. With relics of the past four Buddhas enshrined within, the oldest historical pagoda in the world is the most sacred for the Burmese.
