This picture shows the front and back side of a damaged Euro coin from Spain. The coin looks matte, discolored and a bit deformed because it has been exposed to excessive heat from a fire. Some would say this also counts for the Euro as currency because of the financial and political heat it's currently exposed to (especially when it comes to the possible future problems of Spain).
NOTE: The front and back side of the coin are isolated against a white background. Also worth mentioning is that the picture was shot in RAW and with a Canon L-series lens for best quality.
