Photographs of Khmer Rouge murder victims on display at Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, which was formerly a school converted to what is known as the notorious Security Prison 21 (S-21). These photographs were taken by the Khmer Rouge as part of the dossier kept on each and every prisoner. Of the 17,000 prisoners held here, only 12 survived. Sadly these photographs were separated from their dossier.
