San Francesco is a church in Prato, Tuscany, central Italy. The church was finished in 1331 and the first building in Prato built in brickwork instead of stone.The column in front of the church is in honor of Giuseppe Garibaldi, an Italian general and politician. He is considered, with Camillo Cavour, Victor Emmanuel II and Giuseppe Mazzini, as one of Italy's fathers of the fatherland.
