This piano from the 1930s was made by Broadwood & Sons, an English piano manufacturer founded in 1728 by Burkat Shudi and continued after his death in 1773 by John Broadwood. The instruments from Broadwood & Sons have been enjoyed by such famous people as Mozart, Haydn, Chopin, Beethoven and Liszt. The company holds the Royal Warrant as manufacturer of pianos to Queen Elizabeth II.
