Set in a landscape of rolling hills about 100 m above the River Elbe lies Gross-Sedlitz Baroque Garden. This masterpiece of Baroque landscape architecture extends over several levels. In this spacious garden visitors can still promenade as in the days of Augustus the Strong. The original style of a French garden has merged with Italian influences, forming a truly unusual garden, in which visitors will find a variety of fountains, flower beds, sculptures and orangeries in an individual and yet harmonious combination. The park offers wonderful views into the surrounding landscape.
