Description:
Known also as St. Gabriel Church, this Greek Orthodox Church in Nazareth is build on top of the spring where according to the Eastern Orthodox beliefs, Virgin Mary was drawing water at the time of the Annunciation. Water from the spring still runs inside the church and a nearby well. The current appearance of the church dates back to 1769, but some parts are much older.
