The concept of photography workshops and Nature Photography expeditions was born. Out of a collaboration with local bedouin the first photography workshops in the stunning Wadi Rum desert of Jordan -famous background for movies like Lawrence of Arabia and Indiana Jones- were a fact!

After years of travelling our beautiful planet extensively and taking thousands of pictures all these wonderfull experiences just begged to be perpetuated and shared.
The concept of photography workshops and Nature Photography expeditions was born. Out of a collaboration with local bedouin the first photography workshops in the stunning Wadi Rum desert of Jordan -famous background for movies like Lawrence of Arabia and Indiana Jones- were a fact!
After some very succesfull workshops in Jordan the world became too small so I started offering new locations worldwide, mainly in South East Asia: Borneo, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Thailand and Indonesia.
I love pushing the limits of the digital camera technology which opens new opportunities in this fast growing world of technology. Unfortunately many digital photographers are losing touch with the natural feeling of analog photography due to overediting. That's why during the workshops we try to combine old techniques -like for exemple infrared photography- with the latest developments.
During the editing part of the course we try to use Photoshop and Lightroom in the most natural approach of the digital doka as possible.
Outside of teaching Nature Photography Workshops, I'm also active as a freelance photographer. My work was published in several magazines and furthermore I was active in Singapore and Shanghai for Fashion and Architecture shootings.
