The pristine harbour at Aberareon, Ceredigion, on the west coast of Wales. During the 19th century, the harbour was involved in boatbuilding and fishing, today it is mainly for mooring pleasure craft. This seaside resort town was planned and built from about 1805 by the rev Alban Thomas Jones Gwynne.
