The national palace of Malaysia is the residence of the King of Malaysia and a symbol of the constitutional monarchy ruling system of the country. The national palace or also known as the Istana Negara is located in Jalan Duta (Duta Street), Kuala Lumpur , the capital city of Malaysia. The building design is based on the fusion between islamic design and malay traditional architecture. The palace was built in year 2011 and costing around 1 billion USD. The istana negara is a tourist attraction where tourist can visit to the gate of the palace and take pictures with the horse riding royal guards.
