A stir fried vegetarian dish of organic yellow zucchini with organically grown white button mushrooms. Vegetables are cut into cubes and stir fried with a little sunflower or canola oil. Seasoned with a pinch of salt and soya sauce. Healthy cooking with low fat or oil, high fibre content, rich in proteins, vitamins and minerals. Quick and easy to prepare. Served in a shallow white bowl with small leaf motifs, and taken on a clean white background with copy space. Eat with rice or noodles.
