Groups of people have been invading Norway this summer to beg for money. They are mostly from Eastern Europa, with the majority from Romania. Begging is legal in Norway, but organized begging is not.
80 percent of people arrested for crime with the intention of making money by selling stolen goods from may to the 16. august in Oslo have been Romanian nationals, according to the police.
