MILAN, ITALY - APRIL 6: Palazzo Lombardia in Milan on April 6, 2012, This building, inaugurated in March 2011, is Lombardy regional government seat and was designed by Pei Cobb Freed & Partners. The structure, made of reinforced concrete, steel and glass, is surrounded by a complex system of curvilinear buildings, connected with an ovoidal square covered in plastic material. The tower, once the tallest building in Milan, is 161 metres.
