Exhibition dedicated to the Milanese painter Giuseppe Arcimboldo at Palazzo Reale in Milan from February 10 to May 22 - Giuseppe Arcimboldo Arcimboldi or, as is mentioned in several documents from the archives (Milan, 1526 - Milan, July 11, 1593) was an Italian painter, known for its grotesque the text contains burlesque portraits made by combining, in a sort of trompe l'oeil objects or elements of the same kind (fruits and vegetables, fish, birds, books, etc.) linked metaphorically to the subject represented, so desublimated the portrait itself. Colossal work of art, more than four meters high, the American artist Philip Haas, inspired by the painting Winter in the style of Arcimboldo.
