In the upcoming days the regular uploads via the website may be temporarily disabled for several hours.
This is required due to a major site upgrade and in order to avoid any performance issues on the buyers' side. Please use the FTP upload in the meantime.
It worths to mention that the FTP was enabled to all contributors, no matter their approval ratio. Maximum daily limits still apply as before. |

Great, news, site is heading for a major updates, Hope the FTP works like usual, Since two months I wasnt able to use FTP was using normal web based and only through IE. |

Thankfully FTP worked and is working. Though the files take time to appear in the unfinished section, atleast they are not disappearing like they did some days back. So thats good enough. Will wait for normal uploads to start though. |

Last night it was the first time for me when I used the FTP way.It was smooth and very easy ,but the time ftp>unfinished files was a little bit longer.Normal uploads are and will be my favorites. |

I upload 3 files with ftp and after 2 hours they aren't yet in the unfinished :(:(:( |

It takes a while to have the files transferred as the number of submissions is very high lately, as high as 30,000 submissions per day.
So please be patient with the transfer, they will be there. |

When will the regular upload system get fixed? I am having too much trouble with the FTP system, and I just don't like it. Since i can only upload (3) images a day, this is causing major problems when I miss days. (two days so far). Hoping for a fast reply. |

Now, when I was forced to use the FTP upload, I really like the way it works. The only pitty is the late arrival.... :-( |

I uploaded files this morning before reading this. The individual upload was working. The files were accepted. I assume it is okay to use the individual image upload if it is available?

I have always used the ftp.
This is convenient and fast... not always the photos are online immediately but for large quantities of photos is a great way ;) I use CuteFTP Professional |

hello:
I saterted another threat asking this but since then the conversation here is covering my problem so i´ll ask here also.
I have uploaded 11 files yesterday morning, and just 5 of them appear yesterday in the unfinished files, untill now no other image is there, is this normal, or do i have to upload again?

Try to enter in your ftp space and update the page. If your files are still there do not have to upload them again ;) |

I'd do it if they are neither in the unfinished files section nor in the FTP-folder. |

You can't resubmit them with this method. Simply wait until the regular upload is available (again it's suspended only a few hours per day) and resubmit them then. |
