The Flash browser is a new part of our search engine, dedicated mostly to buyers who are using the database to find inspirational images. Its first official show will be the Picturehouse in Chicago, during the next week.
For the search results produced by the Dreamfinder, a new browsing experience is now available. A new button is available in various areas of the site (including of course, the search results page).
The browser lists all files returned by the engine and displays them in a full screen and at a higher size, using Flash technology. As you will notice, this gives a much better visual representation for the content compared to the regular browsers. Closing the browser, alt+tab or escape will return the user to the search results.
A zoom feature is available as well as a lightbox functionality that interacts with the existing section. Users can now create lightboxes from the regular results page or from this new application.
We don't expect this to be used by customers with a tight deadline, it's a creative tool. Due to the limitations of the technology we are not able to include the search features in this full screen browser. We want it to have more room for the content and the engine would take too much, with its advanced options. It's a v.1 application that will eventually evolve into a more sophisticated platform based on the customers' experience.
We're working on a dream. Enjoy! |

omg, that looks awesome!! You definitely created something beautiful here!!!! :)
Really, fantastic job, congratulations!! :)
Perhaps the zoom feature is a little risky now? Could it perhaps get some more or more intensive watermarks? |

Would be good to SCROLL with a mouse the ZOOMED images TOO,
and move the left right ARROWS down OFF those zoomed. (and best do the move with a mouse and not arrows just as by hand)
And as i said the input search field would be needed - i've read about engine but those are few SQL querys so hope to see it in v1.1. :) |

Great feature, but how come not all of the larger images can be magnified?
I am using IE 8, and some can be enlarged, and some cannot.

I think it has to do with the number of downloads.

Very nice. It appears that magnification only works on images that are above level 1. Is this going to remain the case. Would be nice if you could magnify lower level images as well.
