I uploaded some files yesterday and the days prior to that. I don't see any record of them anywhere. Should I ?write your text here |

Click on the tab titled Management Area. Look at/click on Unfinished Files or Pending Files or Upload Images (History). If you uploaded images that were jpgs, were large enough and were saved in the RGB colorspace they should show up in these areas. If you uploaded using FTP there is a button with a link that you can click on for FTP upload (History). If there is no notation in these areas you did not upload correctly and will have to try again. |

Image has less than 3MP in size (found in the History)
Sorry, I'm new at this. I scanned them at 300x300 dpi. how do I increase the MP size?

Megapixel converter
Check this chart for scanning dimensions. If you are scanning a negative, or a print, make sure there is no noise or the image will be rejected. |

Thank you all for the welcome.
I had to rescan my work at a higher DPI. That fixed my issue and everything is now in the line to get evaluated.
The photographs were a few years old from the days of film. Now I want to develop my skills in digital work. |

Hi Red... Thanks for the chart. Much appreciated and useful.
As for noise... I always try to fill my frame with the subject and
try to eliminate digital noise in PSP.
