We have discovered a glitch today that affected a part of our exclusive photographers (only fully exclusive ones) and which resulted in them receiving lower royalties than supposed to for some sales. On the overall, the average difference is of a few cents/download for these sales.
Consequently, the respective amounts, as small as they are or more consistent, will be added to your earnings by adjusting the royalties for each download affected by this glitch. So, if you are an exclusive photographer and you notice an increase in your earnings amount without having any new downloads, don't panic, it's just us correcting things.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience. |

I keep seeing my earnings going up as well. A very nice seasonal present. Just wondering if we will be able to identify which sales were affected by this glitch? I keep track of my sales and revenue, not a big problem for me to create a column to say corrected income, but will be a bit hard to try and tie that in to a sale though :-) But hey, from what I'm seeing at the moment, I should just keep my mouth shut except to say a big THANKS for correcting the issue. Great work! |

Wow - this is a significant boost to Exclusive income! I'd like to know if this will get reflected in the stats so we know how the RPD for the last few months was affected (improved!)... Don't worry Sid - we're smiling not panicking :) |
